For over twenty years, Hunter McLaughlin has built in the high mountains of Colorado — learning the land, the weather, and what it takes to make a structure last at altitude.
What began as a single framing crew in Grand County grew into Splinters — a full-service mountain construction company trusted by families and businesses across the region. From ground-up homes to commercial siding, Hunter leads every project with the same standard: craftsmanship that belongs to the mountain.
He still walks every site himself. Because in these mountains, the land decides what lasts — and Hunter has spent two decades learning how to listen to it.
